 Happy Birthday to ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 45 and Feeling Alive

I desire to do something I have never done before, for the sheer joy of living. I am ready to  break my own limitations!! This woman is turning 45 and I feel ALIVE! 

The first half of my 40s has been anything but boring!  It started with the best 40th birthday party ever! An Italian themed celebration and fundraiser for my favorite non-profit. A few weeks later, I had  surgery that got me back to good health. I soon trained and ran my 1st 10k then 12k. I relaunched my photography business, soon after connecting to a professional business organization and shifting into my true calling  as Senusality Instructor and Pleasure Advocate. I cofounded Lusicous L.O.V.E. Life with my beloved, best friends and husband of 21 years! My big intention is continue to break and surplass my own limitations so that others can look up to my leadership as an example and inspiration to breaking  their own.  

 This summer I desire to go on the "Wise and Wild Leadership Retreat" deep in the wilderness of Northern Minnesota. ( http://www.wildandwiseleadership.com )
When I came across the opportunity to experience this, I knew I had to do it!

And get this... the trip begins on my 45th Birthday.. August 16th!
