My Travel Story

I am currently studying Elementary and Special Education at USU and want an experience to better prepare me to properly educate the future children in our communities. I also want to be able to help others whose educational opportunites aren't as available or enhanced as mine were, which is why I chose to travel to Ecuador and teach kindergarten this summer. I have always had a passion for teaching and being with young children and they bring such a special light into my life and those around them, I want to be able to experience this in a new place and culture and help provide these kids with a medium to fully cultivate the light that they all have!
