My Travel Story

My beloved girlfriend of five years has finally attained her dream job as a preschool teacher in Germany. She's worked tirelessly for over a decade as an educator and nanny, nurturing countless young minds. Since her inspirational high school trip to Germany, living and working there has been her ambition. After years of perseverance, she's conquered the immigration bureaucracy and secured this coveted role.

I could not be more proud, though my heart aches as we prepare for a bittersweet goodbye. While I'll temporarily bid her farewell in Germany as she begins this exciting chapter, I want to support her fully in pursuing her passion. Life is fleeting - if you have a dream, you must take the leap.

So in late October, we'll depart for Munich where she'll start her new position on November 6th. I'll remain with her until she's settled, then embark on a meaningful adventure of my own. I plan to travel to Rishikesh, India, the yoga capital nestled in Himalayan foothills.

There I hope to deepen my meditation practice, connect with nature's splendor, and foster greater spiritual awareness. I've long felt drawn to Hindu and Buddhist meditative traditions. Rishikesh's tranquil ashrams and temples seem the perfect setting to retreat inward and nurture my relationship with the Divine.

My girlfriend is my moon and stars, but for both of us to flourish, we must briefly follow our own orbits. I want to fully immerse in Rishikesh's serenity and history, returning with clarity and growth. This will strengthen us while apart and as we reunite.

I'm raising funds to support two dreams - hers for Germany, and mine for India. With your help, I can wholeheartedly aid her launch then continue my own uplifting passage. This experience will open our minds and hearts as we journey onwards together.
