My Travel Story

Fund My Travel Campaign

The opportunity for me and my wife to travel is something that I thought could never happen. We are fortunate to have raised three wonderful, independent kids who are now thriving adults. We have always instilled good moral values and the “do unto other” mentality with them. With that said, we have had many awesome opportunities to travel with our kids. For example, we have visited The Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee, Nag’s Head Beach in North Carolina, and the Bill Clinton Library in Little Rock, Arkansas. But, nothing has been as spectacular as when we went to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Consequently, we kind of got used to the idea of traveling during the summer months while the kids were out of school. However, since they have grown and developed lives of their own, it has been getting harder and harder to take those trips like we used to.

I am now suffering from many health issues that prevent me from working and it has been a really long time since my wife, and I have actually had the money to travel like we did back in the old days. Consequently, this fact has put yet another strain on our relationship. So, I would like the opportunity to visit Walt Disney World with my wife one last time before the end of our lives.

The reason that I have chosen this destination for Fundmytravel.com is because it is undoubtedly the place where dreams are made of and it would mean the world to me if we were to have the amount of funding that it would take to make this dream vacation possible. Besides, aren't we all really just kids at heart?
