My Travel Story

I was introduced to House of Mordecai through my pastors Andy and Robyn Davidson. They served as missionaries in Zambia and were involved in plans to build a children's home there. In the summer of 2022 I was able to join the first mission trip planned to House of Mordecai. We have now managed to make it a yearly occurrence, with 2025 being the 4th trip. My 11-year-old son would like to join me this year, and with the cost for both of us being $6,000 it is a little more difficult of a goal to reach. He has a heart for missions and it would be wonderful for him to connect with these children as many of them are around his age. We will spend a week with the children, followed by a trip to Livingstone to see Victoria Falls, and finish the trip with visits to the bush areas for service projects.
