Dear Philantropists,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Fevie Valerie Flojo-Chen, and I am a 24-year-old mother of two who has recently been through an incredibly challenging period in my life. I am reaching out to seek your support as I embark on a journey towards recovery, independence, and eventually reuniting with my children.

For the past few years, I have endured significant emotional and mental abuse from my Chinese husband and his family. Despite my best efforts to work diligently and save money to be able to bring my children back, I found myself in a distressing situation that led to a stay in a mental health facility in China. My mother came to my aid and brought me back and tour me around UAE but I ended up going back home to my country, Philippines, where I am currently regrouping and seeking a fresh start.

As part of my recovery process and my quest to become a more independent woman, I am exploring opportunities to travel and gain new perspectives. Traveling to different cities and countries would not only aid in my personal healing but also provide valuable experiences as I work towards my goal of becoming a digital nomad and pursuing a degree in Geosciences *fingers crossed*. This degree is crucial for my future plans and for creating a stable, fulfilling life for myself and eventually my children.

Currently, I am active in online training programs for digital nomads and am applying for a degree in Geosciences. I am also looking for ways to raise funds to support my travels, which will help me gain the insights and experiences needed to recover from my traumatic experiences and plan for future business endeavors.

Your support would significantly impact my journey, allowing me to explore new environments, heal from past trauma, and build a better future for myself and my children. Additionally, I hope to eventually save enough to provide financial support to see my children and give their grandparents some financial aid as a gesture of goodwill.
