My Travel Story

This is a personal endeavor seeking healing and restoration of health and a purposeful life.  My parents sent me to Italy when I was 15yo to expose me to art, literature and old world history.. This exposure to Roman and Italian culture, foods, cathedrals, customs, landscape and the Sistine Chapel altered the trajection and meaning of my life . I sought to be the "perfect" daughter, student, wife, mother, teacher and professional psychological counselor.  I retired early as I was diagnosed with MS and my husband of 33yrs divorced me because he didn't to deal with it.  This trip is meant to be a therapeutic return to the me I once was. I want to write my story of the traumatic abuses and the profound enlightenments living thus far has awarded me.
The experiences of my teenage trip have scripted my journey.  I long to return to complete my story.
