As an upcoming  Hr,am looking  forward  to explore different  environments  to learn employees  needs and preferences  based on a different  race.Due to increased  mixed races in our workplace, I'll  equip myself  with necessary  knowledge  of interacting  with diverse communities  and races.Uk is one of the country whereby Hr practices are ranked at top notch.I hope that I'll  learn and come back to educate the entire community.
