Typhoon Vamco is the worst floods in the Philippines in 45 years to have hit the north. The last update of death toll is around 70 with over 26,000 thousand people who have been displaced. And with the pandemic already going on around in the world the is a dire situation. I and my engineering team would like to travel to the Manila Luzon Capital of the Philippines the hardest hit area to help the people most affected to rebuild. My team consist of civil engineering, resource engineer, and hydrological engineer. We would love to be able to apply are knowledge and help the government in are smallest way. Thank you
