Plans were imploded with the engine failure of my vehicle.  The engine needed to be replaced. A carless Realtor not possible. Leadership Conference paid for, plane ticket purchased and then a death.  An unforseen life derailment.  Okay.  But now, a deal awaits another country in which my Client demands I meet them in the Dominican Republic on Julhy 17th to get the deal done and fly out on the 19th. Credit Card maxed post-op and awaiting closing August 18th to reconcile stuff.  I need this deal yet where do I stay.  Going to Paradise I won't have time to play but looking for a Ram-N-Bush to carve my place in my Business.  So close to fail I'm praying for a miracle.  I'm $3491.83 in the Red and Hoping for the sale of:
• An $825K Quadraplex in Tampa, FL
• $675K Convenience, CBD, Tobacco and Alcohol Licensure with Restaurant Assumption of Lease in SoHo
• A $380K Townhome - Lake Front Property in Temple Terrace, FL
• A $255K Duplex in Tampa
• An $85,000 Cigar Business in Leesburg, FL
