My Travel Story

I am reaching out to kindly request financial support to help me complete the construction of my retirement home in Kenya. Originally from Switzerland, I have grown to love Kenya deeply over the years and hope to make it my permanent home in retirement.

The project began with careful planning and high hopes. I managed to complete major milestones, including the structure, installation of electricity, and access to water. Unfortunately, due to unexpected financial constraints — including a job loss and rising material costs caused by increased taxes — I have been unable to secure the remaining funds needed to finish the home.

The remaining work includes:

Interior finishing
Painting
Fencing and gate installation
Water storage system
Septic tank construction
The total estimated cost to complete the project is approximately $50,000.

This home means a great deal to me. It represents not only a peaceful and secure retirement for myself and my family, but also a small contribution to the local economy through job opportunities for skilled workers and laborers during the final construction phase.
