Hi, how is everyone? May you be well with your family. I am Saiful here. The reason I am requesting funds here is because I have a court case in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

I am a victim of a planned scam. Last year, in 2023, I took out a loan from a company that supposedly had a license. The first time I borrowed, I was only given MYR500 and the ATM card, as well as the online banking for my bank account, were used by the company.

Unfortunately, my bank account has been misused for the purpose of account mule activities. And it became a case of commercial crime in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. A few months ago, I was contacted by the police and asked to come to the police station regarding this account mule case. After being questioned, I was released on police bail.

In July of this year (2024), I received a message on WhatsApp from a police officer stating that I need to go to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, for a court hearing there, and the date is set for August 13, 2024. Unfortunately, due to a lack of funds and limited finances, I was unable to attend.

A few days ago, the police officer contacted me again via WhatsApp and asked me to buy a plane ticket to Kota Kinabalu, with the hearing date set for October 3, 2024.

So, I humbly ask anyone who reads this article to contribute as sincerely as possible so that I can gather a total of RM3000 for my trip to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah later.
