Help me study abroad in Mexico this Summer 2020!
Learning Spanish in Mexico is important to me for both use and heritage. In terms of heritage, it has been a personal goal of mine for a while to become fluent in Spanish. My parents chose not to teach it to my siblings and me, but it is a dream of mine to be able to have a conversation with my grandmother before she eventually passes. In addition, I would love to have my own Mexican culture unlocked, free for me to explore in depth with the language barrier removed. There is also the obvious benefit of advancing in my major (Spanish) as I will be studying through my school.
