Need a Specialized Ambulance Carrier to take me to Medical Outpatient Surgery Appointment then return home. Need exactly $6,472.00 for the
Round Trip Cost. I have Epilepsy and serious seizures that may occur during the transport that may require mecial care/attention. I need to be on a gurney and stablized for my roundtrip to and from the hospital.
