My Travel Story

It has always been my dream to study abroad. Since I was a little girl, an item that was always on my Christmas and Birthday list was my very own suitcase. I hadn't been on a plane until I was 16, but I loved the idea of dropping everything and going somewhere new and fresh. As a current English Major with a minor in Latin American studies, I would be awared so many opportunities to shine in my perspective field of criminal justice and education reform. I aspire to help the Latin/US American comunities find peace with some of their most damning issues, including drug abuse, domestic violence, and high incarceration rates. By studying abroad, my dream would not only be coming true, but I would be blessed to learn more about another chunk of the world.
