My Travel Story

if you don't know me, my name is Kayla white. I am 19 years old, and recently graduated from high school. For a long time I have felt the calling to go on international missions trip from God. I finally have the opportunity to go! The locations that I will be going to are Costa Rica, South Africa, and the Philippines. I'll be doing different things in different locations, in San José Costa Rica, I will be doing animal care, as well as helping the community! I'm so excited to be able to be doing this in Costa Rica. I have a huge heart for wildlife and animals as well as helping in the community! I'm so excited to see what God will be doing in my trip there! In Cape Town South Africa I will be doing surf outreach helping kids with social dynamics, community, and learning how to surf and have fun with others. I'm very grateful for the opportunity to go here and help these kids in life. I've always loved helping kids and that is also why I worked at a summer camp this past summer. It was the greatest opportunity, and I hope that I can share the love of God with everyone that I encounter there! In Palawan, the Philippines, I'll be doing environmental care. I definitely have a green thumb and love to work with plants and so I believe that this will be a super fun opportunity to help the environment and to create more growth. As I work with others there in the community that I am helping support. I am very excited that I get to be able to be part of that.
