My Travel Story

My mom has gone through a lot. 2 Years ago she went through a divorce bcs of my dads heavy drinking problems and had three kids to take care of, one of them was me. I was heavily impacted by this divorce aswell and started spiraling down. I fell into a deep depression which landed me in several psycholigists offices bcs of self harm and suicidal behaviours. A huge thank you from the depths of my heart to my mother who helped me through this while at the same time battling the though studies of earning a degree. As well as taking care of my two younger siblings. I remember her praying deeply every single night asking god for the right path. She has now moved out and dad is selling our childhood home aswell as finding his own place. Mom has also found herself a decent job that we can survive off of. But one thing through all of this that has connected me and my mother is the music and cultural differences of south korea. She has talked alot about wanting to go there not only for self healing but also to visit an old friend she grew up with in the states, that she hasnt seen in several decades. So i wanted to surprise her with the gift of that trip that i hope she will heal from and store in her heart forever. Hope you can help make this possible for her!
