Aloha! 

I'm trying to get home to Maui with my 6 year old daughter and husband to spend Christmas with my family. My daughter has never had a Christmas with my family and I have not spent the holiday with them in over 15 years which is way too long! 

With the recent Maui fires, I want to go home now more than ever and promise to help those in need in anyway I can. Obviously, the people of Maui need resources to help their families right now but maybe our travels can help their economy in December if we can manage to get out there but my first priority is family. 

Years of work which never allowed me the opportunity to go home for the holidays (or special occasions) has left me with a heavy heart and it would fill my whole being with joy to see my daughter share Christmas with her cousins, her aunties and uncles and at least one Christmas with her nana before she passes. 

Our funds, like a lot of you, are stretched pretty thin right now but I am counting on the kind hearts of all you beautiful souls to help give the gift of love and to get our family to Maui for Christmas! Anything helps and we are truly greatful!
