My Travel Story

Hi everyone!

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about what exactly I am doing. I have been given the amazing opportunity to travel to Guatemala and give back to the unhoused and sick. I will be working in communities in schools or churches to offer general consults or to give medications to those who have no access to healthcare. It isn't about just going to give medication, but also education and promoting healthy living. I'll also be working with individuals to help them with health literacy and learning ways to prevent disease spread.

I'm extremely invested in going on this trip because I know I want to become a travel nurse. This gives me a great opportunity to go into new spaces and learn about the culture, but also what that specific community needs. I want to give all the support that I can give and I can only do that with your support!

The funds will be used to help with purchasing airfare, meals, and transportation. My trip is not until June so I am starting early to try to reach as many people as I possibly can
