My Travel Story

Hi! My name is Felicitas, I am 25 years old and this summer I will finish my Master's degree in "Clinical Psychosexology" in Rome (Italy). The field of sexology is very new, especially in Europe. While in medical sexology there is more practice and research, the psychological side of the branch is still undiscovered and applied poorly all over the world. My Master's degree in Rome is the first one existing in all Europe. In some parts of the U.S. instead, sexology has way more importance and is handled in a more modern way. That's why my biggest dream is to go to do a 6-month internship in San Francisco, with a researcher and professor I highly admire, which is working particularly with gender diverse children. I am already in contact with her, and she accepted to having me as an intern. Learning from her would be great, as I would like to bring her knowledge, model and practice to Europe, where we really need it! Please help me get more experience in my field! Thank you!!
