My Travel Story
Hi, my name is David Castillo, and I’m reaching out with a humble request. I’ve spent my adult life in service to others—as a US Marine Corps veteran and now as a public middle school teacher. Both careers have been rewarding beyond words, but they’ve also been physically and emotionally demanding.
This summer, I’m hoping to take a much-needed vacation—a chance to rest, reflect, and return recharged for the next school year. As many know, teachers often work second jobs just to get by, and vacation time can easily slip away due to financial strain. That’s why I’m turning to my community for support.
