Dear Friends and Family,
I’m thrilled to share that I have the opportunity to volunteer at Ebenezer Academy in Mombasa, Kenya, where I will be focusing on teaching and supporting underprivileged children! This experience is incredibly meaningful to me, as it allows me to contribute to a community in need while gaining invaluable life lessons.

Why Mombasa?
Mombasa is a city rich in culture and beauty, yet many families struggle with poverty, leaving countless children without access to quality education. At Ebenezer Academy, founded by Cosmus Mwema Wendo, I will work directly with local educators to create an environment that nurtures learning and development. As someone passionate about education and working with children, I believe this program aligns perfectly with my values and aspirations.

What I’ll Be Doing:
During my time at the academy, I’ll be:

Assisting in teaching essential subjects like English, math, and science.
Supporting physical activities and sports to promote health and teamwork.
Engaging with children through creative projects and fun learning activities to inspire their curiosity.
My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment where these children can thrive and dream big.
