Being away from home has been incredibly difficult for him. He misses the familiar comforts and the security of his family, and the distance has only amplified his longing to return. To make matters more challenging, he and his mother haven't been getting along, leading to increasingly frequent phone calls from her requesting that I bring him back home.

 

I'm determined to reunite our family and have taken steps to create a welcoming space for him. I've secured a larger home, a place where he, his sister, and even our family dog can all be together. However, I'm facing a significant obstacle: the financial burden of retrieving him and his dog. My social network is small, and I lack the resources to cover the travel expenses. Adding to the complexity, my son recently moved from his mother's home and is temporarily staying with a cousin in Ontario, awaiting the moment I can bring him back. My clock is ticking down and I need help to make this happen.
