I am currently seeking help as I do not know what to do any more to provide for my son; his father is an Air Force veteran who refuses to provide for child support. I´m currently in Mexico, and nothing has moved (legally) for over 3 years. My lawyer's advice was to go and file in the state (Ohio) where his father lives, as I also need my son to get his citizenship and access to medical care as he needs hernia surgery.
I do not have a full-time job as I cannot afford daycare, and he left us stranded in Mexico without any options.
Please help me and my son to get back on our feet so he can have the care, health and education he deserves.
