My Travel Story

Hi Im Alley.

Im 14 years old and i have been given an amazing opportunity to travel to Keyna and volunteer to get involved in making a difference to communities in the town of Nakuru. I cannot wait to be a part of helping to make difference to peoples lives who need it the most in these rural parts of declined countries. I think it will stop and make you think of the things that we have and what we take for granted and if i can help build schools and teach children , help them read, improve the facilities that they already have and much much more than i want to be a part of it. Kenya is a beautiful country but the people dont have the same luxuries that we think nothing of so i want to help to make a difference.

In 2017 i will be travelling to Kenya with my school to volunteer in aid work through the organision of African Adventures, who work with 21 community projects in developing areas of Ghana, Keyna and Zanzibar, providing them with volunteers like myself and resources to help them grow through pioneering community developments pledge and registered charity, The African Adventures Foundation.

In order to do this i need to raise over £2200 to fund my travel there. Over the next 12 months i will be doing various fundrasining activities, online auctions and raffles, and appealing for Sponsorships and donations.

If you would like to make a donation,anything is much appreciated and i want you to feel better about yourself knowing that you have also helped the they Keyna communnity by getting me there to help them.
