My Travel Story

As you can see from the pictures I have always been an outdoors kid. Our holidays are spent camping in various National Parks in South Africa. We often go outside of the city to spend time in nature. From grade 1 I knew I wanted to work in conservation of some nature. This has not changed. I LOVE nature and in South Africa the diversity of wildlife is spectacular. 
I also have an insatiable appetite for knowledge and I am a hard working student. This has led me to apply to the Oxbridge summer school at Cambridge University in the UK where I have applied to spend a month with the Zoology department. 
Attending Cambridge University would be an absolute dream come true. It is where my passion has been led through the study of science and biology. 
I have chosen to go to Cambridge as it is a university city where I can immerse myself in the university experience. 
Please help fund my trip. Our local currency the Rand is not very strong and tuition is charged in $ wich makes this dream feel near impossible.
