Having always wanted to travel but constantly finding reasons to stay we have finally decided to stop making excuses and leave in may next year. We don't know how long for, all we know is we're going to start in Bulgaria where jakes mum will be living. Volunteering and using sites like 'Workaway' and 'wooff' to help keep the costs down as much as possible. We had a three year plan with goals to save as much money as possible but we have realised that was still putting it off and the time kept extending. We have both been working our butts off in a care home through covid and are in much need of a break having also gotten sober through this time. I am now over a year sober (thank you to everyone who has helped me get here ❤️) it's time to start doing what I should have been doing for the last 10 years that I have been wasting with drink. Any donations towards our journey together would be sooo greatly appreciated as given the limited time and our wages not being the best a little help would go a long way. Me and Jake will be uploading videos to YouTube of our adventures, we will post the link to this shortly.
