First abroad wedding
My Travel Story
We are Jaryd and Kyle, two best friends who are in a bit of a predicament. Our dear friend Aiden is getting married in December, and we wouldn't miss it for the world. Unfortunately, the wedding is in England and we live in South Africa, so the cost of flights is just too high for us to afford on our own.
We've known Aiden since grade 8, and we have so many amazing memories together. From all-nighters studying for exams to road trips across the country, we've been through it all. Aiden has always been there for us, and we want to show our support by being there for him on his special day.
That's why we're turning to the kindness of our community for help. We've set up this campaign to raise the funds needed to cover the cost of flights to the wedding. We've researched extensively, and we estimate that the cost of the flights will be around $1000 per person.
We know times are tough for everyone, and we wouldn't ask if we didn't really need the help. Any amount, big or small, will be greatly appreciated. Even if you can't donate, please share this campaign with your friends and family. Every little bit helps.
