Attending the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit online last year left me mesmerized by its scale. This year, I hope to participate offline and have the opportunity to learn from experts in mentoring sessions, expand my network, and listen to the inspirational stories of the speakers firsthand. I believe the knowledge and expertise I’d gain there will be useful to enhance my skills both as a project manager and software engineer. In Kyrgyzstan's male-dominated tech industry women of all ages face bias based on prejudice and unequal treatment. Hence, I want to attend the summit to promote inclusivity and get inspiration from successful women in the industry. Perspektywy WIT is the place where beautiful minds gather together. I would like to become one of them by getting read of imposter syndrome, build confidence and develop my communication and leadership skills.
