My Travel Story

My husband and I just got sober 4 years ago and we've been married for 13 years(been together for 15 years.) My husband is in desperate need of dental implants and since we are still working on getting our finances in order and just went through bankruptcy, there is no way that we can afford this trip all on our own. We are choosing Puerto Rico or Mexico because implants cost half of the price in those countries compared to the cost in USA. Even with the cost of hotels and food and plane tickets, it'll still be way cheaper. My husband has been living with only a few teeth left in his mouth for the last few years and I just hate seeing him like this. Not to mention his confidence is no where near what it could be if he did have teeth. We also own a small local business and it's been really tough for us to get clients because people can be so judgemental about looks, especially when someone doesn't have teeth. I just want him to be able to feel good about himself again now that we're staying sober. We appreciate anyone and everyone that helps us. Or even if you just read it and share with people you know then that would mean the world to us. If you have any questions at all about our journey to sobriety then do not hesitate to ask us.
