As an avid environmental conservation supporter, i chose this program so as to enhance my knowledge in marine conservation and learn more about marine life.Marine life is under threat due to poor ocean states,which are majorly contributed by human activities such as dumping into the seas and factories channeling toxic substances into the seas.
This experience will be a great learning experience for me as i will learn from expert marine conservationists on better ways to protect marine life,knowledge i'll carry along to my community and practise in my country.
I'm passionate about marine conservation because marine life includes fish we eat as human beings and if they get endangered in the seas,we are directly affected by the poison they consume.This has caused a number of deaths in the african coast.
The reason i chose Australia is because the country has better marine conservation programs that educate learners on best marine conservation practices.
This trip is very meaningful as i will learn with experts,make new connections with whom we can champion together the need for marine conservation.
