My Travel Story

SLV Global is an amazing organisation that helps to promote "global mental health". The money you help to raise will go to promoting a positive mental health for people of different ages, abilities and backgrounds, in Sri Lanka. 

Promoting a positive mental health is something I feel very passionate about. So many people in society believe that physical health trumps mental health, and that they are completely separete things - yet they often come hand in hand. In my lifetime I hope to try and combat this idea, through encouraging everyone to take care of themselves mentally, and help provide individuals with the tools to be able to help better their own mental health. 

By donating and supporting my ongoing journey you are helping to support many different people in various communities get the extra support they need, and of course helping to promote positive mental health. Everywhere.
