Hi there! I'm Tierney and I'm on a journey to finish what I started. I had to leave my home of 7 years due to hardships. Even though the move was difficult, I was determined to overcome. Not even a week later, I got a call back for a doula training program that I had applied for and even got a scholarship! Shortly after that, I finally received my first assignment as a mentor with Sister Friends and eventually a job offer. After looking for consistent work for almost a year, I got the call...another call lol. Needless to say, I'm moving back to MI to reap the rewards of seeds that I will continue to grow. 

Being of service and being the change I want to see in my environment is important to me. I want to and will see this dream through until it's trying for me to move on... but that isn't now. These funds are to help me return to my assignment.
