My Travel Story
My name is Sára Szatmáry, and I am excited to embark on a journey that I've dreamt about for years. I plan to spend one month in Beijing, China, followed by two weeks in Seoul, South Korea, exploring the rich cultures, histories, and unique experiences these incredible cities have to offer.
Why This Trip?
Travel has always been a passion of mine, and I believe that immersing myself in new cultures not only broadens my horizons but also enriches my understanding of the world. This trip is more than just a vacation; it's an opportunity for personal growth, learning, and creating lifelong memories.
Exploring Beijing:
In Beijing, I will have the chance to:
- Walk the historic Great Wall of China and marvel at its grandeur.
- Visit the Forbidden City, a symbol of China's imperial past.
- Experience the serene beauty of the Summer Palace.
- Dive into Beijing's culinary delights, from Peking duck to street food.
- Engage with locals and learn about their daily lives and traditions.
After my adventures in Beijing, I will head to Seoul, where I plan to:
- Explore the majestic Gyeongbokgung Palace and learn about Korean royalty.
- Wander through the vibrant streets of Myeongdong and experience Korean pop culture.
- Visit the peaceful Bukchon Hanok Village, a window into traditional Korean life.
- Taste the incredible Korean cuisine, from bulgogi to kimchi.
- Connect with the local community and embrace the unique blend of modernity and tradition.
