My Travel Story

I’m co-founder of CADIF KENYA that has been doing Evs the last 9 years, This May 2018, I will be traveling to Germany for Erasmus plus project and Alongside this program, I want to extend with 10 more days to built on new project partnership meetings for Connecting Europe –Africa Classroom. I want to connect local poor schools in Kenya with Schools in Europe’s to develop partnership for intercultural learning, do joint project, develop 21st century core skills, appreciation of cultural diversity. By developing this partnership and networking, thousands of children will be twined, teachers will grow professionally, share knowledge and best practice.
Its my desire that I achieve the following

The project will offer peer to peer mentorship among teachers and pupils across the globe that improve classroom practice and link linke-minded Teachers internationally

Develop strong virtual partnership, through the Virtual classroom; student/pupil will develop knowledge, skills and values to thrive in a global economy. Through E-Twining, they will be able to share ideas, make long lasting connection and participate in virtual workshop etc 
Collaborate in Project: This will be as result of fruitful relation between school, they will have chance to develop joint project and fundraise for its execution .

Built professional Partnership: The teachers in Kenya and Teachers in Europe and able to develop professional relationship and peer mentorship to help improve quality of learning. This could also result into Teachers exchange visits from Kenya to Europe vs versa under Erasmus plus K1 and K2 program
