Hello, my name is Adryck Schultz, I am 16 years old, and I need your help to reach one of my life goals. I would like to exchange to Japan during the summer. I have always enjoyed Japanese culture, am passionate about it, and would like to learn more. I'd like to meet some Japanese people, partake in more of their quisine (my favourite food is currently sushi), experience their culture up close, and learn their language. Japanese culture has been a big influnce in my life, even to the point that one of my favourite teachers in school was from Japan.
Not only am I passionate about Japanese culture, but about my future. Exchanging to Japan opens many doors for me. It could assist in paving the path to my dream career(s). I would like to work in the Manga Industry, draw art for my career, and dabble in graphic design. I am currently a traditional pen artist. My profile picture as well as all the pictures other than the red spider lillies in this campaign have been drawn by me through completely traditional means. At times I've even made works of art with only a ball-point pen. If I go to Japan, I could learn more about the Manga Industry.
Going on an exchange trip will also give me academic benefits. Exchange programs look amazing on college applications and resumes. Studying abroad will also give me more scholarship opportunities which I can use to pay for college. I want to study Illustration/Drawing, Graphic Design, Music, Animation, and Film Production in college all at once.

If you require something in return, I will be doing commisions, as listed on this campaign, as well. My prices range from 10-100$, and I will draw from an order of most expensive to least expensive. Your orders may take time if I'm overwhelmed by the amount of commissions that have been sent to me, or I won't get many orders and you will recieve your drawings quickly. Either way, patience is a virtue.

Please donate, you are my only hope to go to Japan, and thank you for viewing my campaign.
