My Travel Story

For as long as I can remember I've had a longing to see Northern Africa specifically Morocco and Egypt. I'm in love with the history and culture of these beautiful countries. I did not no why I have such a strong pull with in me until this year after a DNA test revealed that I'm 6.8% North African.
I'm of Portuguese descent so I should have expected it, but it was a surprise especially because my sister's DNA test was so different. Her test did not show any North African DNA.
Now my desire to visit these countries is even stronger. I want to experience my heritage. I want to be engrossed in the culture and landscape. I want to travel into the desert on camelback and sleep under the desert skies. I want to be amongy my people and I'm asking for your help to fulfill this dream.
