Thank you for considering funding our trip!  
 The Center High School Cultural Exploration Club was formed to help make the world a little smaller.  The goal of the club is to broaden our appreciation, interest, and understanding of other cultures and societies.  Opportunities to travel and visit other countries will help bring alive the things we discuss in our meetings.  This will be our first trip and we need your help to make it happen!
Center High School is a medium size school in Shelby County in deep east Texas.  We are a Title I school, which means over 70% of our students are on free or reduced lunch.  Many of our students can't afford this kind of trip and we need your help.  We currently have 20 students that are interested in travelling this spring (we actually have many more than that, but these are the ones able to go), but most of them need financial assistance in order to take advantage of this opportunity.  The cost of the trip through EF Tours will be $3,115 per student.  Our goal here is to be able to offer each student a $500 scholarship toward their trip.  Your contributions will help expand the vision and experience of these students and will help to inspire them to grow beyond the boundaries of Shelby County.
