My Travel Story

All my life I have wanted to see more, live more and explore more and since meeting my husband Bob he has shown me a lot, but we want more. We have been married 18 yrs and we decided that living in a home that we basically just use as a storage is no longer our life we want to live. So we sold and stored a lot of our stuff and hit the road in "Yogi and Boo Boo" our truck and travel trailer. It's only going on 3 weeks for us but we've never been more exited for our journey. He have already had some up and downs but we know it's only the beginning. Gas has been the biggest issue and not knowing just how much yogi takes and uses. Our plan is to have a bigger tank installed, also when we are not boondocking we would like to stay at a place with water and electric so we can shower longer than 5 mins showers at a time. An ice maker would be a great addition as well for as much as we use. Many blessings and thank you to all.

    Painted Rocks Lake, MT
    Adventured out yesterday a bit and seen Painted Rocks Lake and found a lot of national park camping for when we come back this way. Coming home we seen a family of big horns crossing the road. That was cool. Today just chillin in the camper being lazy!     Rufus, OR
    We stayed in Rufus,OR for 4 nights right on the River with no hookups aka boondocking. We had a nice time and the weather was great. Just one day was super windy and it brought out a lot of people who kite board. They were parked everywhere around us and had no respect for our camping space. We left today 8/31 and now headed to Montana. More updates to come.
