Hi, I’m Melanie, and I have been accepted to study music at my dream university in the U.S.! This is a huge step for me, not only because it’s a world-renowned institution but because I’ve already experienced how much I can grow there. I had the opportunity to attend a summer program, and in just one month, I saw incredible personal and musical growth. Imagine how much I could achieve during a full university degree!

Studying at this university will provide me with invaluable tools and opportunities to hone my craft and become a better musician. More than that, I aim to bring my Latin American musical heritage to this prestigious institution, sharing the vibrant sounds of Ecuador with my peers and professors. This university saw potential in me, and now, I want to give back by showing the world what Ecuador and its talent have to offer.

Music has been my passion since the moment I decided to dedicate my life to it. Being able to study in this environment would be the realization of a lifelong dream, and I’m committed to making the most of this opportunity.
