My Travel Story

My name is Isa, and I’m starting this fund to get to happiness on Maui. 

Im originally from California and decided to make the move to Maui in 2016. I didn’t know what my life would be like moving to such a small island but the result was beautiful. 

Towards the end of this year, I struggled with myself. I stopped loving myself, taking care of myself, and ultimately fell into the worst depression. I decided to go back to CA and regroup. 

During this time, I hope to work on myself and enjoy living life. Maui was where I had been the happiest. It was a simpler life, and I had people that cared. The most important part, though, was to care for myself. 

So, I hope to save up and get back there. Get back to the happiness, my friends, and love for the island. 

This is just a shot in the dark, hoping that there are kind, generous people willing to donate.
