Hey there!

I honestly cannot thank you enough for even taking the time to read this, seriously any contributions would help more than you could imagine.  I hate having to list a target amount for donations because I wont be dissapointed if I do not reach it, any donation means so much. Even if you don’t contribute I’m stoked you have taken the time to read about something that means a lot to me  :-) 

 After writing an application and being involved in interviews, I have  successfully secured a place within Australia's leadership delegation bound for Prague. I will be traveling with other young leaders from around the globe in January 2018, to attend the International Youth Leadership Conference. I am overjoyed to have been given this opportunity to allow me to learn more about how I can make a difference through avenues involving diplomacy and politics. The conference will include simulated political and diplomatic sittings such as a mock United Nations Security Council meeting, an International Criminal Court trial and a sitting of European parliament. Throughout all of these I will be engaging in debates and discussions exactly like what would happen within these real meetings.



After the conference I, along with the Australian leadership delegation be visiting the United Nations and World Trade Organisation in Geneva as well as The CERN (A world leading physics facility) .I will also then be travelling to London to visit Oxford and Cambridge University and attend British Parliament.

The Conference is centred around international relations and global politics, focusing on bringing together like-minded young leaders from all over the world.


This opportunity is one I could not pass up on despite the substantial financial commitment. The benefits I will gain from this experience will be of immeasurable benefit to me as I will be able to expand my horizons and hone my leadership and interpersonal skills.
