I'm passionate about this project because I will get to learn from the Nigerian community how they prepare different tasty meals from the same local ingredients. In my country, food and nutrition is very poor in the rural areas. My people only know how to prepare one dish called nshima.
I recently discovered how Nigerians are very skilled at using simple affordable basic plants and vegetables to make different nutritious meals and I decided I should learn from them in order  to go on a nation wide campaign back home to teach the rural society so much that they can prepare and eat to survive and curb malnutrition. ESPECIALLY for the little children living in abject poverty . They have plenty of these ingredients Available in the villages but do not know that they can be used to prepare yummy simple costless meals. Why be malnourished when the plants and fruits growing around them can be transformed into meals made with love and yet delicious for their families.
I really want to make a difference and end poverty in my villages one workshop at a time. Together we can make a difference
