My Travel Story

My granddaughter attends the University of Dayton. She is studying to become Special Education Teacher. She will follow in her mother's footsteps. Her mother has been a Special Education teacher for over 10 years. My daughter is drowning in student loans and I do not want this to my granddaughter’s experience. She did receive a scholarship, however it does NOT cover all educational expenses. Her goal is to teacher special needs children in the inner city. She has a desire to teacher English in Africa as soon as the pandemic subsides, during summers while she is in college. I want her to be able to travel to school and later to other countries to volunteer. She engaged in service learning projects in Costa Rica and Ecuador. I want to see her thrive and make a difference in children in need and not have to worry about the financial strains.
