My Travel Story

I have always been fascinated by the world around me from the way landscapes shape our societies to how environmental factors influence the way we live. As someone aspiring to become a geographer, this cultural exchange program in Massachusetts is an incredible opportunity for me to deepen my understanding of the relationship between people and their environment.
Next summer I will have the opportunity of exploring how geography plays a role in urban planning and environmental sustainability in a region with tonnes of geographic diversity. The program focuses on not only learning new things but also applying this knowledge to make a difference, understanding different cultures' environmental management and contributing to my birth country's natural resource policies through building global connections for generations to come.
I'm passionate about this project because it will allow me to build networks with people worldwide, exchanging ideas that can have a lasting impact on my studies and future career. I chose this location due to its geographical appeal. This experience is a dear to me because it affords me the chance to grow as a professional but more importantly a person.
