My Travel Story

I have been given an amazing opportunity to travel to the island of Zanzibar off the coast of Tanzania and spend a week helping local children learn.

To take this opportunity I need to fundraise £1000. This is a big challenge but I am committed and with your help I believe I can get there.

People think that Zanzibar is a rich island because of its tourist industry. In reality, many children live in deep poverty without access to education and chances that we take for granted such as playing sport. 

I am passionate about equality and would love to be able to have the experience of staying in this community and making a difference to children's lives.

As somebody who's benefitted from free education and access to amazing opportunities to try football, swimming, climbing, gymnastics, dance and many more I feel it's important to share my experiences with other children.
