My Travel Story

Italy has been a dream destination for years, and now that I'm turning 50 and embracing my single life, it's time to make it a reality! I'm ready to explore the world and experience all it has to offer. And if I find a hot Italian guy along the way, that would be a bonus!

I'm planning on using GoAhead Tours for my trip as I'll get to see all the sites and won't have to do much planning. The tour begins in Venice, where I'll spend 2 nights. I'll get to take a gondola ride, go to St. Mark's Basilica, and see glass blowing demonstrations. Then I'm off to Florence (my dream location), where I'll hopefully see poppies fields and immerse myself in medieval architecture and art. My final 2 days will be in Rome, where, of course, I will eat my weight in delicious foods and tour the Colosseum and the Parthenon. There is an option for a 2-day extension into Sorrento, where I could take a boat to Capri, walk the hills of Positano and explore the ruins of Pompeii. 

Thank you so much for being a part of my birthday celebration and for contributing to my dream trip. I am forever grateful for the love showered on me now and throughout my life. I am truly a blessed woman!
