My name is Shelly, I came across this site while researching on self/natural healings and forest bathing. I am planning a trip with my 8 year old to recover from all the trauma we have endured over the years. I honestly want to erase what she has endured and fulfill her mind with a year round trips around the globe.

I lost my parents on my graduation day to a drunk driver. I dived into a relationship with a person whom I thought was everything to me. I felt I was a nobody and stuck with him and his family. After years of abusive I realized I never wanted to have kids with this man. I decided to get IUD and never have kids and accepted this to be my life. One day offer knocking me unconscious I ended up at the ER and that when he found out. Next day I was forced to have it removed and my miracle child was born years later. My son being born didn't change his behavior and only made it worse.

Last year my husband got COVID-19 And finally succumbing to the illness. Please don't judge me but I dropped to my knees and praised god. I felt like he gave me a way out. Months pass by and now my brother in law thinks he can do and treat me the same in order to prove for my son. My husband never let me work and his family took over his finances.

I sat down and assessed my situation and finally moved to a different state landed a job. I started truly working on myself, happy and being the best for my son.

I am collecting this money for a year long trip of self healing and connecting nature, my son and my self.
