I will learn about the Mediterranean diet and its effectiveness to different populations. I will get to see the food, culture, and exercise behind this lifestyle over my 2-week long course in Florence, Italy. I am very excited to utilize my current knowledge in Exercise Science and expand on it by incorporating some European lifestyles. This experience will also be very beneficial to the pursuit of my degree in healthcare and my future in that field!
