For the last 20 years, I have been struggling with mental health issues that have isolated me from the world. The anxiety, depression, and fear of the unknown have held me back, preventing me from experiencing life to its fullest. I've been a recluse, stuck in a cycle that I couldn't break free from.

But I’ve reached a point in my life where I can no longer stay in the shadows. I want to break free from the chains of mental health struggles and embrace the world around me. I want to explore new places, meet new people, and experience new cultures. It's a journey to reclaim my life and find healing through adventure, connection, and growth.
